All of our abayas are carefully handmade and thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure premium quality.
Please read our refund policy carefully:
β’ We do not offer refunds for any opened, worn, or used abayas.
β’ Refunds are only accepted if the abaya is unopened, unworn, and the wrong size was sent.
β’ Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order and supported with clear photos.
β’ Returned items must be in their original packaging with tags intact.
β’ We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these conditions.
